What You Can Expect

  • Night shift schedule: 7:00 pm–7:00 am, self-scheduling, averaging ~2 shifts per week (variable).

  • Shift differentials: $3.45/hour for nights + $1.45/hour for weekends.

  • Team environment: Small, supportive team on a 14-bed inpatient rehab unit.

  • Patient assignment: Typical load of 5–6 patients per LPN under the supervision of a charge RN.

  • Rehab-focused care: Minimal IVs and no push medications—an ideal setting for LPN practice.

  • Strong educator support: Tailored orientation and training designed to set you up for success.

Patient Population

  • Primarily swing bed and rehab patients, with some inpatient and observation patients.

Experience

  • 1 year of LPN experience required.

Qualifications

  • Graduation from an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing program.

  • Current LPN license in the State of Idaho.

  • Current BLS (CPR) certification.
