My name is Rebecca Bond, and I am a DNP student at Weber State University. I am helping the Utah Action Coalition learn more about how the RN Apprentice (RNA) Program is being used across Utah and how it can be improved.  You can help by completing this survey.

We would like to receive responses from nurse leaders and educators working in education programs who help students obtain RN Apprentice positions and from the nurse leaders who work with these RN Apprentice students at clinical facilities.
